Way Art West continues programming arts activities at Arts Cafe in West Bromwich on behalf of Sandwell Council. A new season of events just being announced this week. The focus of the workshop programme is science and technology. This coincides with the launch of Fab Lab at Sandwell College. There has been a lot of interest in this season’s workshop programme at the arts cafe and places are filling fast.
There are also some lovely family shows including A Midsummer Night’s Dream and and story telling. We will soon be confirming a first open mic event hosted by the music service and the Youth Arts.
There will be a new photographic exhibition , documenting a lost world, hidden in a post-industrial landscape and the wondrous engineering buried beneath The Black Country. Forgotten Pathways will open on 8th February and run until 23rd March. Alongside the exhibition will be a series of events to be announced on the Sandwell Arts Cafe and Festival website
